Do you offer different cleaning packages and costs?
Yes, we have a variety of package options. Whether you want a one-time clean or a recurring professional cleaning service, we have the right package for you!
What do I need to do before you come clean my home?
The best thing you can do is minimize clutter prior to your cleaning. The more surfaces we can access the more value you will get out of your clean. If you are scheduled for a Premium or a Deep Clean, leave sheets out on the beds that you would like changed.
What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
Your satisfaction is important to us. Your feedback is crucial to our growth and helps to ensure the delivery of high-quality service. You will receive a text message within 24 hours of your cleaning, inviting you to rate the service and share your feedback. If you require immediate assistance, please feel free to contact our office at (336) 354-9890. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will promptly schedule a free re-clean to address your specific concerns.
What do I need to do before you come to my home?
1. Since we only serve AirBnb and Move-In/Move-out customers we will remove the clutter for you. 
2. Provide Access- Make sure we have access to all the areas that need cleaning, including any locked rooms or storage spaces. 
3. Provide a key to get in to the house.
What about cleaning supplies?
At AirBnb Maids, we provide all supplies and equipment needed to complete your cleaning package. If you prefer, we use your product, please leave the product on your kitchen counter and communicate with the office about your preferences. Products must have a store-bought label with warnings and ingredients. We do not offer a discount to use customer-provided supplies.
Can my pet stay home during the clean?
Yes, as long as each pet is in a pet kennel. As much as we love fur babies, you need to pick up the feces before our arrival.

What if I need to reschedule?

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. However, our policy regarding rescheduling is specific for our valued AirBnb homeowners. Once we've performed our complimentary initial cleaning as part of our agreed package, we cannot accommodate rescheduling for subsequent cleanings.
This policy is in place because we have established a contract guaranteeing our services for the next 12 months and month to month after with agreed-upon payment per cleaning during each turnover. Consistency and reliability are vital to maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of your property, which ultimately enhances your guest's experience. 
Important Note: If there are more than seven consecutive days without a scheduled cleaning for your property, this will raise a red flag indicating potential non-compliance with our agreement. In such cases, we will charge your credit card the full amount of the works package. This measure is essential, as the 12-month agreement is designed to allow us to gradually recoup our investment through paid cleanings. 
If you anticipate any scheduling conflicts, please notify us as soon as possible so we can discuss potential solutions or adjustments. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to maintaining top-notch standards for your property!

Will you send me the same cleaner every time?

Providing consistent and quality cleaning services is a high priority for us. We strive to send a familiar face, and if one is unavailable, we will find a fitting replacement. All AirBnb Maids are thoroughly trained to provide consistent quality to our customers and they will have your blueprint with them so they know your exact specifics!

Do I have to be home when you come clean?

Nope! It is not necessary for you to be present while your team of professional house cleaners provides your cleaning service. In fact, the majority of our customers are not at home while we clean. You can leave a spare key for us that we will keep in a lock box or provide a garage or door code.
AirBnb Maids is fully licensed, bonded, and insured allowing you peace of mind. Any on the job injuries will be covered by the claim.

What if someone gets hurt?

What if something is broken during my cleaning?

Before any cleaning takes place we take pictures of everything. We inspect and bring anything that needs attention to you first! If we break something by accident, we will do our best to repair or replace and the damage we cause. All our AirBnb Maids are fully licensed, bonded, and insured to protect you against any worse case scenarios.
